1. Physical Challenged Ministry

a. pray that God will heal Mr. Wu from his difficulty of breathing and frequent fever;
b. pray that Mrs. Tiao will recover from her back pain so she can take care of her husband
c. pray that the Lord will open opportunity for us to visit another rehab. site.

2. New Life Fellowship

a. pray that the Lord will comfort David and her family for the loss of his mother;
b. pray that young Steven will stop gambling and focus in his study for better results
c. pray that May’s husband and Ricky’s wife will accept the Lord as their Savior soon.

3. Prison ministry

a. Most Chinese men are waiting for deportation. Pray that they learn to trust in God’s guidance during their waits.
b. Pray for Mr. Y. He has been incarcerated in segregation for almost two years. Pray that he will experience God’s love and presence in his cell.
c. With a high population of Asian men in the WDC, pray for the chapel services to be run smoothly.

4. JBVC

a. The New Beginning Group, May 4 to June 22. Pray God to use this to bring VIP to the ministry; pray for the wisdom to prepare for the workshops.
b. Pray for the summer outing programs.
c. Pray that I know what and how to apply the knowledge which obtains from the trip to JBVC.

5. Rahab Ministry

a. We have invited a woman to a church lady group. Pray that God will move this woman heart through the love of church’s sisters
b. Pray for a new ESL student and the new teaching team. Lessons start this month.
c. The new Ontario Supreme Court ruling would result in legalized brothels and harder to prosecute sex traffickers. Pray that God justice will be prevailed in this land.

Prison ministry

1. Pray for the health and recovery for many volunteers (myself included), who showed flu symptoms for the past two weeks.

2. The WDC has a higher population of Asians lately. Pray that we can organize more chapel services to meet the needs.

Rahab Ministry:

1. The Etobicoke outreach has started last week. We found that almost half of the massage parlours are operated by Chinese. It was way more than we expected. Please pray for wisdom and direction for this new outreach

2. A woman we have helped for past 2 years agrees to have bible study with us. Please pray God’s words will change her hearts.

3. I need more outreach workers as I have volunteers leaving and for the Etobicoke outreach. Please pray God to prepared mature Christian sisters to join.

VIP Ministry

Danny is traveling in Asia with his family members and 1 VIP couple.   The trip is from March 10 to April 13 inclusive.

1. Danny family is celebrating their mother 80 birthdays and their parents 60 years wedding anniversary.

2. Danny will going to meet with 1 Christian organization, and 3 other non-religion organizations in HK who are helping the VIP in HK and China.  Please pray that he can establish relationship with them and able to bring some info / services back to our local VIP.

3. Pray that this experience will enhance VIP ministry and glorify God.

Handicapped Ministry

1. Two new outreach volunteers and two new team lead trainees. The leaders need patient and wisdom to train them

2. A new business idea is brought forward by a volunteer. Need wisdom and insight to discern this idea.

3. A new outreach area: South Etobicoke. We have scouted the area and found around 4 -5 Chinese parlors in the area.

B. Prison Ministry

1. Pray for a young man, who has recently accepted Christ at the WDC.

2. Pray for the police check and photo retake process, in which God will call volunteers to continue serving Him in prison ministry.

C. Handicapped Ministry

1. for volunteer(s) who can drive

E. Joy Beyond Vision (VIP Ministry)

1. Thanks and praise God the online MS Excel course has started, pray God to grant wisdom and courage to the instructor and the students.

2. Pray for the JBVC participation in the Out of the Cold project in March, especially the last 3 weeks.

3. Pray for the protection for Danny and his group in the up coming Asia trip, able to establish good relationship with some agencies for the blind people in HK, as well as enjoyable vacation with family and friends.

Rahab Annual Carolling will held on the 2nd and 3rd weekend.

1. Please pray for the preparation: Christmas card writing, contact information labelling, gifts wrapping, and route planning.
2. Pray for good health and safety everyone who participate in the carolling team: singers and drivers.
3. Pray that the women who we visit will be touched by the message of Christmas.  Also, pray that they will review the gospel materials and their lives be changed by the gospel.

1. Pray for S.K., Michael, and other volunteers’ strength and heart in their visitations at the WDC, as I will be on leave with my pregnant wife for a few weeks.
2. Pray for the Alpha Program’s continuation and operation.
3. Pray that the men and women in various institutions truly repent and seek God’s forgiveness.

II. Rahab Ministry
1. An ESL student is forced to drop out due to poor health. Pray for her physical health and spiritual condition.
2. Praise the Lord the Tyndale conference went well. A book on the conference will be published and our ministry will be featured.
3. We are planning for the Christmas outreach. Pray God will provide volunteers, gospel materials and gifts for the outreach.

III. Joy Beyond Vision Community
1. 16 members of VIP and family are participating in out of the cold project in TCCC.
2. Continue to seek for God’s will regarding the connection with VIP in California.
3. Preparing for the Christmas visitation.
4. Work on 2012’s program.
